Reporting to the Senior Director of Cardiovascular Services, the Nurse Manager Cardiac ICU will join the critical care team and be supported by a team of Assistant Nurse Managers, Supervisor, Charge Nurses, specialized Staff RN, LPN, CNA, CMA, technicians, and other ancillary staff. Responsibilities of the Nurse Manager Cardiac ICU may include managing the budget, department staffing (screening, interviewing, hiring, and scheduling), preparing accreditation and survey material, ensuring state and federal regulatory compliance, updating policy procedures, developing educational curriculum, and cross collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
