We are looking for responsible, caring people to join our fantastic team in Truro as Residential Childcare Worker. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will support our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

Our Residential Childcare Workers carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care. You will chaperone the children to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips to the zoo, complete relevant paperwork, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, and where appropriate administer medication.
