CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER manages the collection and analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. The CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     We are looking for responsible, caring people to join our fantastic team in Truro as Residential Childcare Worker. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will support our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy.

    Our Residential Childcare Workers carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual, bespoke, support required by the children and young people in our care. You will chaperone the children to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips to the zoo, complete relevant paperwork, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, and where appropriate administer medication.

    Previous experience in a care setting would be great but isnt essential as full training will be given, and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.     Already qualified to or willing to work towards your NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, able to work the required shifts, and be motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.

    Acorn Education and Care are recruiting a Residential Childcare Worker to join our Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) team within Blackwater, Truro. The young people in this home may also have mild to moderate Learning Disabilities (LD). Our beautiful and homely residential setting provides 24/7 care to 4 young people, within each home. Each child has their own room which they decorate to their individual tastes and cater for their requirements. The children could display a variety of challenges and be verbally or physically aggressive. Therefore, we are looking for enthusiastic and caring people to help make a difference to these children regardless of the challenges you may be faced with.
