Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Stratford VNA is seeking a RN with home care experience for a Supervisor of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager position. Potential applicant must have a minimum of two years’ experience as an RN in home health, with prior management or supervisory experience preferred. Working knowledge of OASIS and home health regulations.
Must be forward thinking and possess good problem solving skills.
