Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We currently service Rhode Island families, children ages 3-21, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or developmental disabilities.We are seeking experienced BCBA Clinicians to help shape and grow our ABA Center in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1pm-7pm
Snapshot of Role:
- Manage and provide staff supervision, training and feedback to those implementing ABA therapy
- Conduct clinical assessments and assist in development/revisions of the Treatment Plans and writing of goals and objectives for clients
- Analyze treatment data and asses efficacy of treatment
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care for clients
- Instruct workers on proper implementation of center based treatment interventions
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
- Utilize behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors in clients
- Be goal- oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Must have a valid Rhode Island License - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Previous experience working with children
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Successfully pass BCI and DCYF/CANTS screening
