Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Engage in Transformative Therapy: Provide support for therapists with direct client care when needed. Supervise and train the clinical team, fostering a safe and empathetic space for healing.

Collaborate for Success: Work seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective client care, fostering a holistic approach to mental health. Ensure the clients are able to complete treatment by working with the UR team.
Track Progress: Maintain detailed client records and progress notes, consistently monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
Risk management: Uphold policies and procedures of the program, work with accreditation entities and oversee clinical reviews of potential clients.
What you bring:
Educational background: Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social work, Counseling, or a related field. Current licensure in Hawaii or in another state with the ability to transfer to Hawaii. Your commitment to excellence sets you apart.
Effective Communication: Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, building authentic connections with clients, colleagues and referral partners.
