Clinical Outcomes Director directs in-depth analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees and leads staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Director creates, defines, and implements performance metrics to review program effectiveness. Evaluates patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Director identifies opportunities and provides recommendations to improve program delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Clinical Outcomes Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Position: Nurse Director of Quality Management

    Responsibilities:

    The Nurse Director of Quality Management will play a crucial role in driving and maintaining high standards of patient care. The RN Quality Performance Improvement Nurse Director responsibilities will include:

    • Leading and overseeing the Quality Management department to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
    • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and overall healthcare delivery.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and monitor performance metrics and quality indicators.
    • Providing leadership and support in the development and maintenance of quality improvement programs.
    • Conducting regular audits, assessments, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.

    Nurse Director Quality Qualifications:

    • Registered Nurse with a valid license in the state of California.
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within Quality Management in a hospital setting.
    • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in healthcare quality.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive and sustain change.
