Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsible for gathering advanced data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment goals and strategies
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and progress
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Ability to effectively implement behavior intervention plans and strategies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
