Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsible for gathering advanced data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Job Summary
Senior Research Analysts, Psychometrics, in the Patient Centred Outcomes (PCO) team, are essential contributors working across a range of projects which are conducted for our pharmacuetical clients, primarily. They focus mainly on quantitative work relating to patient outcomes, and more specifically, focus on statistical analysis of data collected from patients and other key stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, caregivers).
Senior Research Analysts possess a proficient ability to implement and interpret output of linear models, generalized linear models, linear/generalized linear mixed models. They have an understanding and relevant experience with latent variable and mixture models.
The majority of the work is regulatory focused, therefore, our Senior Research Analsysts also generate evidence for submission to federal regulators at the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and European Medicines Agency (EMA), along with occasional interaction with other international regulators.
