Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This a 100% remote position.

We are seeking a Clinical Registry Analyst to:
Education:
Minimum – Associate’s degree in healthcare related field. Two (2) years of clinical data abstraction and analysis experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below
Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, Respiratory Care, Physical Therapy, or healthcare related field
Work Experience:
Minimum – Three (3) years of clinical data abstracting and analysis experience or three (3) years of clinical experience in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, or related relevant field
Preferred – Three (3) years of clinical data abstracting and analysis experience or three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in an acute tertiary care hospital in the applicable registry field
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred – Certification in pertinent national registry
