Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. Reporting to the HR Director, the Human Resources Information System Analyst will lead the professional and technical support of all human resources systems throughout the organization. Daily responsibilities for the Human Resources Information System Analyst include serving as the key point of contact between information tech services staff and vendors, researching and analyzing reports, summarizing data and making recommendations to the human resources department, and providing direction in regards to all human resources information systems.
