The Clinical Nurse Specialist will join a 20-bed Cardiac Surgical ICU that cares for patients who’ve undergone open heart surgeries such as CABG, valve repairs or replacements, aneurysm repairs, TAVR, ablations, heart transplants, mechanical circulatory support devices, and various lung surgeries. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will possess expert clinical knowledge and will be able to drive practice changes throughout the organization and promote health and quality of life for each patient. This role is also responsible for providing direct care support, coaching, and collaboration.
