As the Nurse Manager OR, you'll be at the forefront of transformative healthcare:

•  Providing considerate and respectful care tailored to individual patient needs.

To thrive in this role you must possess a Master's degree in nursing (or other healthcare related field), have a minimum of 3 years of related nursing leadership experience (assistant nurse manager, supervisor, coordinator, and/or manager), and be a registered nurse with current NJ license. A CNOR certification is highly preferred.
