The Regional Account Manager will be a part of our exciting expansion as we grow our brand in new markets across the US. This position will be responsible for working with the Director of Sales to help develop and lead DiaMedical’s Clinical sales team. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for helping develop strategies to acquire revenue streams from existing customers as well as bringing on new customers who can benefit from our product offerings.
The Regional Account Manager works alongside the Director of Sales to support the Clinical Sales team in goal achievement through effective leadership, efficient business planning, and execution of corporate strategies. The Regional Account Manager will also be responsible for driving results by building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships with strategic partnerships and internal resources.
Engaging communication is vital to achieving the goals set forth for the Regional Account Manager in addition to strong initiative, self-direction, and strong leadership skills. The Regional Account Manager will need to multi-task with a sense of urgency and prioritization for goal achievement while engaging in a collaborative decision-making process and assuming responsibility for risk. While there is urgency for goal achievement; responsibility for the achievement of results needs to be effectively delegated when necessary. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success.
