Job Responsibilities for the Home Health Nurse Manager
- Develop and implement care plans for patients receiving home health services
- Supervise a team of home health nurses ensuring they provide high-quality care
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and ensure adherence to care protocols.
- Training and mentoring staff, and facilitating continuing education.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Assist in the development of home health policies and procedures to enhance the quality and safety of care
