Job Description:
• Day-to-day oversight of the third-party security guard services, primarily at the Security Operations Center
• Reports directly to the Manager, Compliance Field Support & Physical Security
• Collects and summarizes performance data, identifies opportunities for improvement, and presents to FE Corporate Security team
• Assist with updating, maintaining, and enforcing Corporate Security policies and procedures related to monitoring (alarm directives, alarm response, etc.)
• Responsible for guard post orders, rules and regulations, and company policy compliance
• Ensures contractor performance standards are met
• Report audit outcomes, quality & service performance results to Corporate Security management
• Ensure proper time & rates are charged appropriately by third party guard service company
• Lead training of security guard personnel, including internal onboarding tasks
• Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records
• Identify training needs for security guard personnel
• Reports issues with personnel to Corporate Security team
• Audit security incident intake including accurate and adequate entries in the incident management system, and correct logic used when launching security alerts
• Other related duties as assigned
• Supervisory experience required
• Advanced program management & status reporting skills preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
