POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of S&T will be a key part of the leadership team with the ability to develop and articulate the technology roadmap across all markets. The position is considered the leader of the department and will oversee the creation and management of a reliable and secure IT infrastructure as well as effective, comprehensive IT support services, related technology strategies, operational standards, and daily management of our IT MSP.
Lastly, this role will be responsible for recommending and implementing information systems that allow for scalable, accessible, and meaningful business and operational insights- contributing to creating a tech-forward, patient-centered, best-in-class healthcare MSO. This position requires a thorough knowledge of the healthcare environment, HIPAA, and related regulatory requirements as well as a high degree of comfort with healthcare tech stacks and Saas solutions.
