Reports to:                  Director of Technology

Supervises:                 N/A

Qualifications:             High School Diploma or Equivalent

                                   At Least (1) Year Experience with Computer Based Servers and  

                                     Networks

                                   Working Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System

                                   Programming Experience Preferred - HTML, Javascript

Job Goal:                     Provides technical support and service to maintain effective

                                     operations of the district’s Student Information System.

Employment Terms: 12 Months, 8 hours per da,7:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.

FLSA Classification:  Nonexempt

Evaluation:               Annually by Director of Technology

Regular Requirements: Stand for extended periods; twist at the neck and trunk; bend at the waist; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; reach with hands and arms overhead, above shoulder and horizontally; lift/move up to 50 pounds; handle objects and tools with hands and operate equipment; repetitive use of fingers and hands to operate equipment

Occasional Requirements: Ability to administer CPR

Visual Requirements: Close, color, peripheral, depth perception, ability to adjust focus

Hearing/Speaking Requirements: Adequate to exchange information

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintains all student information system data.
2. Supports scheduling of classes for all sites.
3. Prepares reports and data for district personnel for Oklahoma State Department of Education reporting.
4. Provides supplemental technical support for student information software products.
5. Performs all other tasks as supervisor may assign.
