GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for all activity related to Medicaid Eligibility, including applications and redeterminations. Acts as liaison between TIC and MDHHS. Responsible for submitting participant status changes based on the Bamboo Health system. This position is in the office with potential to be a hybrid model once all training has been completed and performance criteria are met.
