We’re looking for a Program Management Specialist to join the China business development team at Snap Inc! As a member of this team, you will support and work with our sales partners to help them expand their digital presence on Snapchat. Working from our Beijing office, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technical, Enablement, and Product teams to grow revenue and improve operations for these sales partners. What you’ll do: Collaborate with the broader Global Business Expansion and across function teams to define and run scalable processes for the region. Identify, implement, and support opportunities that empower growth and streamline sales partner operations. Develop and support sales partner enablement programs including onboarding of partner teams, tracking development and completion, and ongoing training curriculums in partnership with internal stakeholders and depending on the objective of the market. Lead Salesforce hygiene, while also supporting external partner integration into Salesforce. Partner with Sales Ops and internal stakeholders on coupon programs, upfronts, quarterly follow up, etc. Help lead partnership between Ad Review and China team, including escalations, advertiser onboarding pre-checks, and further education programs. Help lead partner and client feedback collection and sharing with Snap’s product team, as well as tracking and follow up. Create a project management tracker with all key initiatives, progress, & success metrics. Develop programs and initiatives to accelerate and track sales partner activities, revenue, product adoption, increase market awareness, and uplevel sales partner expertise on Snap’s advertising platform Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: A relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, operational approach and validated project management skills (e.g. tracking, follow-through) Ability to launch fast, learn quickly, iterate and improve, together as well as scale the efforts and package them into program documentations. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising sales / experience in social media, software, internet or digital media industries. Minimum Qualifications: English proficiency BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience Experience designing and delivering strategic partnership programs with a track record of delivering measurable and successful partnership outcomes. Experience in advertising/media, partner management, management consulting, and/or project/program management Experience thinking analytically and strategically with proven track record of balancing short-term business need with long-term sustainability Proven experience leading programs/projects against KPIs from design through to completion with key cross functional stakeholders including operations, finance, legal, product, & marketing Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing and delivering strategic partnership programs with a track record of delivering measurable and successful partnership outcomes. Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, able to lead advanced quantitative analysis, derive actionable insights and drive projects from strategy to execution. Extensive project management expertise, with the ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects and a proven track record of initiating and successfully executing complex projects. Openness to embracing changing environments and ability to operate under high levels of ambiguity. Superior Salesforce, Excel and Powerpoint skills.
