Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7am to 5 pm

Job Summary:

The System Educator participates in the needs assessment, instructional design, implementation and evaluation of orientation, staff development and continuing education relevant to Pharmacy. They assist in the development and maintenance of a master plan to promote the professional development of all staff. They assist in clinical systems education for and impacted by Pharmacy applications. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 1-2 years of education experience is required.

Professional knowledge of educational theories and principles to assess educational needs and design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for staff is required.

Two years of experience in adult education is preferred.

Prefer candidates with prior Pharmacy experience.

Bachelor's degree is required. Four year's of related experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Master's degree is preferred.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Epic certification preferred.
