Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director Nursing Operations and Clinical Informatics is responsible for managing patient throughput, has oversight of nursing staffing, and data management for the system. The Director develops patient care strategies to implement system-wide, supports nursing teams by analyzing data, and ensures quality patient outcomes. The Director also has oversight of multiple inpatient units including transport services, central staffing and scheduling, nursing resources, and nursing informatics.
