Position Summary:
Provides overall design, execution, management, and effectiveness of public education and/or outreach programs in order to ensure the achievement of its assigned goals and objectives.
Position Key Accountabilities:
· Assist with lab administration and coordination tasks, including:
o Developing and overseeing program budgets, including resource allocation planning and financial reporting
o Assist with lab organized academic and outreach events/activities
o Assist with hiring, etc. GRAs, etc.
o Preparing agendas/organizing lab-wide meetings
· Assist with managing timelines and deliverables for lab projects, ensuring that team members meet crucial deadlines and objectives with accountability and efficiency
· Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations, UTHealth policies and procedures, and Regents rules.
