Job Summary: Provide the highest quality of comprehensive functional and technical support to users of TCRH’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and information Systems in a multi-platform computer environment. Utilizes a broad range of experience and expertise in clinical processes and is able to identify applications to optimize the use of the EMR and information systems. Supports the planning, design, development, build and/or configuration of assigned applications/systems. Leads and/or coordinates conversions, application/system testing and documentation of system procedures.

Minimal Requirements: 

• Required: Licensed or certified in one or more of the following areas: pharmacy, lab, radiology, or other allied healthcare specialty
• Preferred: Previous experience with various healthcare applications and/or informatics
• Required: 3 years Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Platforms(s) knowledge, 
• Preferred: Experience with EMR in areas such as: build, configuration, main file maintenance (procedures, medications, decision support), and administration desired
• Preferred: History of successful work as project manager and project integration in a hospital and clinical setting

• Required: Provide shared call coverage for urgent and emergent issues that arise
• Required: Meet all Employee Health Requirement
