Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages professional services for assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of hospital buildings and facilities. Oversees all aspects of construction including progress, timing, costs and contracts. Being a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager directs construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects. Works with hospital departments to ensure design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures are in alignment with business objectives. Additionally, Clinical Facilities Planning Manager develops and designs feasibility studies for review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.   • Summary

    The Planning Manager will be responsible for guiding the company in creating reliable demand forecasts and monitoring performance against those forecasts, helping the company meet customer demand while managing optimized inventory levels. The Planning Manager forecasts demand and leads the production schedule. This role will collaborate directly with the Fruit Procurement Manager and Procurement Specialist. Additionally, the Planning Manager will work closely with the Sales Director, CFO, and VP of Operations to ensure that strategic objectives are aligned with operational capabilities. The Position reports to the Vice President of Operations.

    Duties

    1. Lead the S&OP (Integrated Business Planning) and Integrated Tactical Planning Processes for OFC

    2. Create the weekly supply plan for the Production team

    3. Monitor the actual sales vs forecast sales to ensure we react quickly to pressures on the demand plan

    4. Collaborate with both the fruit and packaging/ingredient buyers to mitigate service risks due to lack of raw materials

    5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between demand and supply plans

    Education & Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in planning, forecasting, or a similar role.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    This position does not require any certificates, licenses or registrations. BRC, Lean, 6-sigma and other quality programs are desirable.

    Travel Requirement

    This position requires minimal travel.

    Language Skills

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Mathematical Skills

    Computer Skills

    Medium to advanced computer skills including logging onto systems, communicating by email, composing documents, entering database information, creating presentations, downloading forms, and preserving/ backing-up important data. Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools is required with experience working with Business Central, Oracle and other similar programs preferred.

    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of concrete and complex variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $87,500.00 - $100,377.00 per year
