The Nurse Manager of Med Surg and Progressive Care will have the advanced knowledge and skills required for this role including strong leadership background, ability to guide staff, and work collaboratively. 

Requirements for the Nurse Manager of Med Surg and Progressive Care position include Current WA State RN Licensure, BSN Degree preferred, a few years recent clinical nursing experience in related field in the acute critical care setting, BLS certification, and prior strong leadership experience in the critical care hospital setting.
