Clinical Educator is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for clinical health workers. Identifies professional development needs, facilitates training, and conducts in-service sessions. Being a Clinical Educator conducts research to stay current with health care regulations and best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Clinical Educator requires certification as an instructor for both ACLS and BLS. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Clinical Educator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Job Summary:
The purpose of the RN Specialist position is to oversee and facilitate various aspects of nursing staff recruitment, orientation, training, and ongoing competency monitoring within the organization. The RN Specialist provides direct supervision to nursing staff, overseeing their day-to-day activities and providing guidance and support as needed at the discretion of the Nurse Manager. This role ensures that nursing staff are well-equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to provide high-quality patient care while adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies. Additionally, the RN Specialist supports employee health functions and promotes a culture of continuous learning and professional development among nursing staff. Overall, the purpose of this position is to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of nursing operations while maintaining a focus on patient safety and quality care. This position is hourly exempt.
