Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Clinical Education Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Assistant Nursing Manager Skilled Nursing Facility SNF will lead a close knit team of RN’s while working in collaboration with other leaders to streamline methods to provide continuous high quality care for residents.
Within the 100 bed facility, the Assistant Nursing Manager Skilled Nursing Facility SNF will oversee three different departments including long term care, short term rehabilitation and secure memory wing. This is a supportive and familial environment, for those with the most generous hearts. The Assistant Nursing Manager will work alongside the experienced Nursing Director as well as highly motivated Physicians.
This unit prides itself on their commitment to quality care and client satisfaction, the Nursing Manager will be expected to maintain this level of professionalism and care the team provides to residents. Providing training opportunities, daily resident rounds and participation in facility surveys are a few responsibilities the Assistant Nursing Manager Skilled Nursing Facility SNF can expect to fill their days.
