Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Clinical Respiratory Manager will oversee inpatient respiratory therapy care as well as outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation and cardiac patient rehabilitation. The Clinical Respiratory Manager will work closely with hospital leadership, Respiratory Therapists, Nurses, and Providers to ensure appropriate patient care.
In addition, the Clinical Respiratory Manager will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and training RT staff as well we managing the department budget, and inventory, and ensuring department compliance with policies and procedures.
