The role is a two-prong position which includes working as:
Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) Specialist Work with the Ariba team to maintain & grow the Ariba P2P system. This includes: § Adding & maintaining Users & user approval groups. § Adding & maintaining Vendors. This includes: o Creating & maintaining Punchout Catalogs o Creating & maintaining CIF catalogs o Creating & maintaining Blanket Purchase orders § Helping users with Ariba questions & problems. § Helping to ensure transactions are flowing through the Ariba system. This includes: o Ensuring that Purchase Requisitions are being approved. o Helping users resolve Invoice Reconciliations. This includes: · PO Received Quantity Variances · PO Quantity Variances · PO Price Variances · PO Amount Variances · Tax Variances
Procurement Data Specialist Work with the Procurement department to collect data from its various systems. This includes:
§ Collecting data from the companies SAP ERP system. § Running analytics, creating Excel Spreadsheets & PowerPoint presentations to show data in an understandable format. § Working on ad hoc projects. § Helping to maintain our Spend Analytics tool.
