Shift Leader Responsibilities:
Taking action to ensure the crew is meeting McDonald's standards
Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
Planning for each shift, monitoring performance during all shifts
Strong customer service skills for working with customers and team members
Communicating well with crew members, other shift managers, and GM
Responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping with assigned departments
Department Manager Responsibilities:
Lead Kitchen Department - focus on delivering great food, kitchen staff training on production procedures, and kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
Guest Service Department - ensuring strong customer service is delivered, service staff is trained for taking orders, menu knowledge, cashier skills, and Drive-thru procedures are followed.
People Department Manager - hiring qualified crew, and providing training to meet restaurant sales and profit goals while keeping crew motivated each shift.
Qualifications:
QSR experience preferred
2-3 years QSR restaurant experience (McDonald's a plus!)
