We are currently seeking a Data Management Sr. Program Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

    Job Description:
    • End to end delivery of multiple related material projects for the Global Markets Data organization
    • Establish and effectively manage routines and reporting
    • Partner and communicate with all impacted stakeholders for each project on all aspects of the project including financials, project health, decisions needed/made, risks and issues. Escalate critical risks/issues/etc. through appropriate channels (Business Lead, Business Sponsor, Tech Exec, LOB partners)
    • Build high-quality project plans (where applicable) that achieve task granularity, are dependency-driven (not date driven), and are actively referenced by the project team as a guide for execution
    • Monitor and provide awareness of all milestones/deliverables for all phases on a routine basis, ensuring teams deliver on schedule
    • Demonstrate a neutral bias in holding teams accountable, while partnering effectively to drive issue resolution, risk mitigation and relationship building across the project team
    • Establish strong inspection routines, escalating potential project de-railers (including capacity issues) early and precisely to keep projects on track
    • Drive program execution, tracking and reporting
    • Enable removal of impediments and keep visibility on program level risks

    Required Skills:
    • Strong business acumen in Financial Services specifically Data related Programs as well as a broad understanding of technology and operations (from a business and conceptual standpoint - not necessarily deep engineering expertise)
    • Expert level experience in data management in capital markets with demonstrated results in the development of a Data Strategy and Implementation Roadmap
    • Hands on experience delivering Transformation and Regulatory programs related to Authorized Data Sources Adoption or Regulatory Data Incidents
    • Comfort in highly ambiguous situations, with the ability to quickly structure approaches to solve these ambiguous problems. (5 years of applicable prior work experience)
    • Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources into salient, senior executive-level insights and be able to effectively communicate these succinctly via written PowerPoint presentations. (management consulting or equivalent, experience)
    • Experience delivering large projects/programs with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implication
    • Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organization with the detail appropriate to the forum and audience
    • Highly organized with critical thinking abilities at both the strategic and tactical levels
    • Risk and Compliance focused
    • Ability to understand, interpret and track meaningful metrics
    • Excellent facilitation/presentation skills, experience with large groups and senior leadership
    • Strong sense of urgency
    • Typically has 5 years of project management experience and practice expertise
    • Executive Reporting skills
    • Sample PowerPoint presentations and other Project Related artifacts will be required to be submitted for review
