A leading critical access hospital located in northern Maine is currently searching for an experienced Nurse Manager Emergency Room to join their accredited healthcare team.

This organization provides access to world-class acute care services to a population of roughly 14,000 people. The inpatient services provided include cardiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and wound care. This system also provides various outpatient services including laboratory procedures, physical therapy, occupational therapy, radiology, chemotherapy, same-day surgery, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, nutritional counseling, home health, and respiratory care.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Manager Emergency Room will oversee all clinical and administrative operations of the 8-bed department. The Nurse Manager Emergency Room is responsible for managing staff schedules, develop unit policies and procedures, acts as a clinical resource within the department, ensures compliance with all regulatory standards, assists with budget preparations, and promotes an environment of clinical excellence.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Maine or ability to obtain
• Prior nursing leadership experience in an emergency department setting
