This hospital specifically has 215 patient beds, as well as a highly recognized Level III Trauma Center providing healthcare for the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.
The Nephrology Unit Manager will carry lots of responsibility in the department including direction and leadership to staff as well as motivating and coaching them in order to attain hospital mission and vision. Previous experience in coaching and training staff members is highly encouraged for consideration at this time.
