We are currently seeking a Communication Manager to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama (US-AL), United States (US).
The Communication Manager will be responsible for all internal communications and communications with entities outside of the Agency. The Communication Manager must work with module leaders to define the type of communication required, the content, and the timing of that communication. She/he will also be responsible for maintaining any communication implemented by the previous contractor such as the AMMP SharePoint site.
Job Responsibilities Include:
*Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, employees, and external partners
*Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information to be communicated within and outside the program
*Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with AMMP goals and objectives.
*Collaborate with all areas of AMMP to identify internal and external customers' communication needs.
*Monitor, evaluate, and report on other states; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
*Develop and execute all communications strategies for the AMMP Program
*Evaluate the success of various communication strategies; and provide and implement recommendations for improvement.
*Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.
Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in communications or business administration including:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in communications
o Minimum 3 years of experience in training
o Minimum3 years of experience on Medicaid or Major Health Care Payer projects
*Bachelor's degree in journalism, technical writing, business administration or similar field or equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills:
*Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in both verbal and written formats
*Ability to think strategically and plan communications that align with the organization's goals
*Ability to come up with creative solutions and ideas for communicating messages
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $85,000 - 140,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
