Clinical Administrative Coordinator jobs in Pocatello, ID

Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within a hospital. Schedules employee shifts and ensures admitting and discharge functions are providing for optimal patient flow. Being a Clinical Administrative Coordinator ensures that hospital resources are being used in the most efficient manner. Assigns patients to appropriate health practitioners. Additionally, Clinical Administrative Coordinator may perform other administrative functions as necessary. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Clinical Administrative Coordinator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.     What you will do :

    Perform general office work, including filing

    Prepare product receivers for incoming inventory

    Perform month end procedures as designated by Division Office

    Answer the phone in a polite and courteous manner

    Order supplies and forms as necessary

    Process invoices correctly (ARS system, separating, filing, etc.)

    Enter customer checks daily

    Enter & code vendor invoices into Accounts Payable

    Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork

    Perform other duties as assigned

    What you will bring :

    High school diploma or equivalent

    1 years related experience

    Ability to move 25 30 pounds

    Computer literate Microsoft Office
