Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within a hospital. Schedules employee shifts and ensures admitting and discharge functions are providing for optimal patient flow. Being a Clinical Administrative Coordinator ensures that hospital resources are being used in the most efficient manner. Assigns patients to appropriate health practitioners. Additionally, Clinical Administrative Coordinator may perform other administrative functions as necessary. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Clinical Administrative Coordinator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and inquiries from prospective and current students, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
    • Efficiently schedule student training while maintaining an organized and up-to-date calendar.
    • Collaborate with instructors and other staff members to ensure seamless coordination of schedules and resources.
    • Maintain student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Assist in preparing training materials and documents for both students and instructors.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation in a timely manner.
    • Address student concerns and resolve scheduling conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance the student experience.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or a related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on customer service.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in using computer software and office equipment.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
    • Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with student inquiries and concerns.
    • Prior experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred.
