The Intensive Care Clinical Coordinator will join a 30 bed Medical Intensive Care Unit where they will join a leadership team which includes the Unit Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Supervisor and several Charge Nurses. This unit will see a wide variety of high acuity patients and the Clinical Coordinator will help ensure that their team is providing the highest level of quality care to their patients. The Clinical Coordinator will work collaboratively with other members of the leadership team to help ensure that that the unit's day-today clinical operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Intensive Care Clinical Coordinator will help select qualified Preceptors and monitor the completion of their staff members' clinical competency requirements. The Intensive Care Clinical Coordinator will also demonstrate a high level of professionalism and utilize excellent organizational skills.
