Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within a hospital. Position Title: Administrative Coordinator
Pay: $14 /Hour
Hours: 24-26 hrs per week
Specific Responsibilities:
Coordinates all administrative functions for the Pastor and the church office
Answers phone calls, emails, makes copies, and attends to walk-in visitors
Coordinates the front office and works collaboratively with the church staff/volunteers
Edits sermons for the pastor and creates weekly bulletins
Creates and maintains a schedule for ushers, liturgists, and greeters
Prepares written letters or cards as directed by the Pastor
Maintains monthly schedule of church business and maintains calendar on website
Maintains the church website
Creates Weekly PowerPoints for services to include pre-service announcements
Prepares monthly newsletter or e-news as directed by the pastor
Assists Ad Council Committee with administrative needs such as minutes and agendas
Prepares documents/booklets for members for Annual Conference
Maintains membership files and lists
Assists church staff with various administrative projects/needs
Prepares bulk mailings and delivers to the post office
Prepares Church Directory and Annual Reports
Prepares any special reports, booklets, etc. as needed
Coordinates volunteers for funeral needs
Prepare bulletins and information for weddings, funerals, baptisms, etc.
Orders and maintains all supplies and equipment
Recording secretary for Administrative Council
Public relations work for all special events (Apple Harvest, Strawberry Social)
Assists with sending Social Media content to Facebook Coordinator
Processes checks for Accounts Payable
Monitors paperwork for Custodial Staff and Office Volunteers for the set-up and use of church rooms and property (including rentals)
Expectations:
a. Participate in weekly staff meetings
b. Participate in daily meetings with the Pastor
c. Other duties as requested
Personal Qualifications:

8. Prior experience as Administrative Assistant or Coordinator in a professional setting preferred.
9. Excellent word processing and computer skills.
Time Requirements:
1. Part-time position which requires a minimum of 20-24 working hours per week but does not exceed more than 30 hours per week. Some evening hours are required.
2. Establish working hours with approval of Pastor and Staff Parish Relations Committee.
