Being a Clinic Receptionist directs patients, visitors, and callers to appropriate parties and answers basic questions. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Clinic Receptionist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Clinic Receptionist possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We are an occupational therapy/hand therapy practice looking for an additional receptionist. Job would entail answering the phone, scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in patients. Previous medical office or billing experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided. Opportunity to eventually increase to full-time.
