Clinic Receptionist jobs in Ohio

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- Perform order entry and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining patient records
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:

• - Proficient in order entry, data entry, and office management tasks
• -Computer/Internet skills including familiarity with Word and Excel
• - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, problem solving
• - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• - Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach
• -Enthusiastic willingness and ability to learn
• -Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
• -THIS JOB REQUIRES TRAINING IN LOVELAND AND WORKING IN BLANCHESTER LOCATION AS WELL AS SATURDAYS. THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION WITH POTENTIAL FOR FULL TIME

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.10 - $15.00 per hour
