Key Responsibilities:
Patient Reception:
· Welcoming Patients: Warmly greet and assist patients upon their arrival at the facility.
· Information Verification: Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
· Appointment Management: Schedule follow-up appointments and manage referrals.
Patient Services: Communication and Scheduling
· Handling Inquiries: Efficiently manage patient inquiries.
· Scheduling Efficiency: Ensure an organized and seamless scheduling of patient appointments.
· Appointment Follow-up: Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up on missed ones.
Administrative Assisting: Patient Accounts and Insurance

· Financial Guidance: Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities, including interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB).

Work Schedule and Benefits:
Work Schedule:
· Full-time Hours: 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be available for an 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, subject to scheduling needs.
· Part time Availability: Candidates with limited availability that match clinic needs and schedules are also encouraged to apply.
· Location: Candidate should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the advertised clinic
