Your Responsibilities:
Consistently offer the highest level of personalized patient care while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude.
Maintain excellent communication and effective working relationships with providers and other office staff.
Coordinate and oversee activities of the front office and front office team members to ensure compassionate and professional care for patients and effective and efficient front office workflow.
Identify and/or recommend solutions to administrative staff and find solutions to correct office issues or problems. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
Performs daily administrative duties including; calling patients, handling patient requests, answering phones, filing, faxing, and copying. Ensures that necessary forms are completed in the electronic chart. Picking up packages/ mail and dropping off at post office.
Cleaning and straightening up office as needed throughout the week, restocking restrooms
If you are capable, the ABILITY TO FLOAT FRONT TO BACK OFFICE AS A MEDICAL ASSISTANT AS NEEDED IS A PLUS
