SUMMARY:
The Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure and operations for the organization. This includes managing the technology systems, networks, servers, storage, and software used in the organization. This will require expertise in designing, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing healthcare systems using a combination of on-premises and cloud-based technologies. The Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations oversees the IT Service Center (Helpdesk) providing technical support to the entire organization. Will collaborate closely with the Chief Information Officer and other IT leadership to execute the technology roadmap in alignment with the overall strategic plan.
