Director of Operations – What you’ll do:
· Plan, direct and evaluate day-to-day operational processes of the health center.
· Mentor, coach, and empower direct reports and other staff members to take responsibility for their jobs and develop them for professional growth opportunities.
· Collaborate with senior leaders in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
· Maximize efficiency through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
· Build and maintain relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
· Monitor service line growth and recommend strategies based on operational data and market needs and trends.
· Monitor expense management in alignment with patient volumes and revenue generation.
What we’re looking for:
· Master’s Degree and/or RN Degree
· 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare setting, preferably in an ambulatory or community health setting
