The Clinic Manager will provide day-to-day administrative responsibilities for clinic site of operation and will require outstanding interpersonal, business, and administrative skills. The Clinic Manager will assist the clinical supervisors and managers to assure training and orientation for all clinic staff to provide for competent, skilled practice operations. This individual will be charged with creating a culture that promotes outstanding client satisfaction, employee engagement, and quality. The Clinic Manager may be requested to assess service schedules ensuring uninterrupted flow of the clinic. Clinic Managers mentor and coach clinic staff to improve on and champion an environment where a positive client experience is the primary goal of every aspect of care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified applicants must have:Associate’s degree with at least seven years of experience as a clinic/medical office manager
Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience as a clinic/medical office manager
Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related
Applicants may substitute education requirements with documented experience of three or more years as a clinic/medical office manager.
Experience managing teams required.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License, good driving record and the ability to provide own transportation.
