**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Dental facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing team members, dental management, and practice management systems.

**Duties:**

- Manage and supervise clinic staff, training, and scheduling

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

- Implement and maintain electronic medical records systems such as Dentrix

- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure quality service delivery

- Collaborate with dental professionals to optimize patient care outcomes

- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred

- Previous experience in a clinical management role within a hospital, veterinary clinic, or acute care setting

- Proficiency in record management systems such as Dentrix

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients, staff, and doctors

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
