Job Overview
The Office Manager will be responsible for overall operations of the clinic, so that Minnesota Women’s Care can effectively and efficiently live out the mission of the Company. The ideal candidate is a go-getter, great communicator, effective leader, and prepared to go the distance for the mission of the clinic.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversees day-to-day clinic operations; provides active, on the floor communication with the team.
- Implements and maintains clinic policies and procedures; collaborate with other office managers to ensure consistency across clinic sites.
- Leads & guides team members to reach their fullest potentials.
- Effectively recruit, interview, train, and onboard new staff.
- Identifies areas of improvement in operations, including but not limited to clinic workflows, best practices, patient experience, and revenue growth; works to find solutions for improvement opportunities.
- Cultivate weekly clinic schedule for optimal utilization of staff. Manage clinic team’s time off requests for optimal staffing matrix. Partner with other managers, as needed, for appropriate staffing.
- Provides annual reviews for staff; coordinates training, in-services, performance improvement, as needed.
- Resolves any patient concerns; set the gold standard for customer service.
- Partner with accounting and inventory teams to identify areas of improvement for clinic spending & savings.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary providers, managers, & staff across clinic sites.
- Travel to other clinic sites, as needed.
- Actively participate in weekly Leadership & Operations meetings, and other necessary meetings, as needed.
- Comply with all regulations and laws including but not limited to HIPAA, OSHA, employment law, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Administration, Business, or Healthcare preferred, or experience equivalent (minimum 4 years healthcare experience)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years healthcare experience. Experience in a leadership role preferred.
