Your main duties will include scheduling staff, scheduling customers, setting up new client accounts, growing the business through new members and upselling services, enhancements, and products, as well as managing inventory controls and resolving customer issues such as freezes and cancellations.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule staff and customers efficiently
• Set up and manage new client accounts
• Grow the business through new members and upselling
• Maintain inventory controls
• Resolve customer issues such as freezes and cancellations
• Interviewing and hiring new employees
• Running reports daily/weekly/monthly for analysis of business
• Creating and maintaining a positive culture

Requirements:

• Associate degree in a related field
• Prior experience in clinic management or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
