We're looking for a dynamic Location Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our center.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Management: Oversee scheduling, client interactions, facility maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional client experiences.
• Sales & Marketing: Promote DexaFit services, manage membership programs, and develop local outreach initiatives.
• Operational Efficiency: Maintain accurate records, track inventory, and implement processes to improve efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and scheduling software; address client concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years management experience in fitness, wellness, or a customer-focused industry.
• Passion for Health: A strong interest in personal wellness and helping others achieve fitness goals.
• Organization & Communication: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with fitness technology, scheduling software, and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $35,000/year base performance-based incentives
• Salary negotiable based on experience
