Job Description

Under Direct Supervision Air Conditioning Technologies Lab Technician Duties Include:

• Provide technical support for lab operations of scheduled and open Air Conditioning Technologies Labs.
• Support instructors and students with the operation of specialized equipment during labs.
• Technician will perform minor maintenance on specialized lab equipment.
• Technician will assist to ensure that labs are prepared and have proper inventories for classes.

Technician will assist the instructor plan an prepare labs in conjunction with full time faculty. Hours are determined with Lead Faculty and are subject to change.

Required qualifications:

Work experience should cover the following:

• Should have the ability to set up HVAC related machines. Should also be proficient with all systems and the tools related to the HVACR industry.
• EPA card required
• Experience performing equipment maintenance

Preferred qualifications:

• AAS Degree in Air Conditioning Technologies and significant work experience is preferred.
• 2 Experience in Air Conditioning Field
